I specialize in punch needle rug hooking, but occasionally I will pull out my traditional rug hook or sewing machine to create a piece with up-cycled and new fabrics.

Each punch needle item sold at Squirrel’s Nest Textiles is:

• made by hand with an Oxford punch needle. I never use a tufting machine.

• designed by me.

• made with high quality wool yarn.

• unique—no two items are ever  exactly alike.

• an example of a craft that you can learn, and I would love to teach you.

Any other items sold here are either designed and made by me, or sourced from quality vendors who also believe in the value of handmade materials.
